Dearest Members of CAP,
Thank you all so much for responding to our online survey. We got 100% participation. Furthermore, your feedback and suggestions will be considered in CAP's ongoing work. We would like to address a few suggestions brought up in the survey.
1) We had a suggestion for an in office video phone but we don't have anyone in the office would be able to use the video phone so we would have to hold off on that idea.
2) Someone suggested that the service forms be saved as PDF file in order for them to be e-mailed without the risk of the information being changed. That is a great idea and if you do not know how to do that please e-mail Carolina Price she can help you out with that, carojprice@gmail.com.
Also a friendly reminder that Renee has sent out a word friendly rendition of the service form, this will allow you all to complete the form online and e-mail it directly to either Debi or Renee. This will save you time and postage.
